Squad Aims:
Train to develop and learn. Stroke technique - skill drills - build endurance. Starts and turns, relay and individual medley. Chain swimming, lane etiquette, using a pace clock. Laws of the sport. Entry into swim squad age 9/10 dependent on ability and commitment.
